Invoices in Germany, ready in minutes
Foliofa Invoice Maker writes your invoices the way businesses in Germany do: amounts in euros (3.000,00 €), VAT at 19%, dates as 31.03.2026, and your USt-IdNr., Handelsregister, Steuernummer, and Geschäftsführer under your name.
In Germany, every business must be able to receive e-invoices since 1 January 2025. Invoices to other businesses in Germany must be issued as e-invoices (such as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD) from 1 January 2027 if the previous year’s turnover was above €800,000, and by everyone from 1 January 2028. Foliofa doesn’t create e-invoices: until then, invoices like these (on paper, or as a PDF the recipient agrees to) are what you send. Check the details with your tax adviser.
